Privacy Policy

AI Visibility Scan inputs (business name, industry, and optional city) are processed in-request to query AI providers and compute your scores. In this version of the public scanner, scan inputs and results are not persisted to a database after the request completes.

Contact form submissions (name, organization, email, inquiry type, message) are delivered to us by email so we can respond.

Standard server logs and privacy-conscious product analytics may record aggregate, non-identifying usage to keep the service reliable.

To run a scan, the prompts we send (which include your business name) are transmitted to the AI providers you are measured against: OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, xAI, and Perplexity. Each processes the request under its own terms.

Contact emails are delivered through Resend. We do not sell or rent personal information to anyone.

You control what you enter. Do not submit information you do not want transmitted to the AI providers listed above.

To request access to or deletion of any information you have sent us by email, contact us and we will act on reasonable requests.
